HPE ProLiant server disposition

A ProLiant retirement does not have to be limited to one generation or one configuration. Include DL rack servers, ML towers, and older hardware in the same inquiry. We review what is there and confirm the job scope before collection.

Tell us whether you are retiring a complete rack, several systems from a refresh, or a collection of spare machines and parts. Loose memory, removed drives, and accessories can be discussed alongside the servers. You do not need separate inquiries for each equipment type.

Photos of the model and serial labels, a rough count, or an inventory export can start the conversation. If you know the generation, installed memory, or drive configuration, include it. Unknown specifications do not prevent you from making an inquiry.

Note systems that are incomplete or have known faults, and identify any drives already removed from their original machines. If the equipment is still racked or spread across locations, say so. You can request inventory help when a remote description is not enough.

Tell us whether installed drives, loose media, or both are part of the job. We agree on the data-handling service before collection and confirm the records you need. Your team should retain any required files before releasing equipment.

For in-house sanitization, drives are handled in Oakland and documented by serial. If you need on-site HDD/SSD shredding, request it when you contact us so availability, scope, and documentation can be confirmed before work is arranged.
