How soon can you pick up?
In the Bay Area, our team picks up within 5 business days of you accepting the quote. Everywhere else, we schedule freight within 5 business days.
Do I need to pack the hardware?
Not for Bay Area pickups, because our team loads it at your dock. For freight, we send packing and labeling instructions before the pickup date.
What if we don't have a loading dock?
Choose your access type on the form (ground floor, elevator, or stairs only) and we'll plan the pickup around it.
Can you schedule around a move or office closing?
Tell us your deadline in the description and use the date field for the earliest day the hardware is available. We confirm whether the requested timing is possible.
