How long does a job take?

We reply within 1 business day. Once we have enough equipment information, we prepare your quote within 1 business day. After acceptance, our team picks up in the Bay Area within 5 business days; elsewhere, we schedule freight within 5 business days. Inventory visits and on-site shredding have separately confirmed schedules.

Do I need a detailed inventory?

No. Photos or a description can start the conversation. You can also request an on-site inventory visit; we confirm availability and scope with you.

What happens if the hardware differs from the list?

We contact you with the differences and agree on the next step before proceeding with changed work.

Can one job cover a mixed lot?

Yes. Tell us about the servers, GPUs, laptops, workstations, memory, and other hardware that needs to go. We review the whole lot and confirm what we can handle.

Can you destroy drives on-site?

You can request on-site HDD and SSD shredding. Availability, scope, and documentation are confirmed before work starts.

What records will I receive?

A job summary lists the hardware and its outcome. In-house sanitization includes a certificate for each drive serial number. We agree on documentation for on-site work before the job.
