How is the whole lot quoted?
Resale value offsets handling and disposal costs. A newer server may have purchase value, an obsolete server may be accepted at no charge, and a dead lead-acid UPS may carry a disposal charge. These are examples, not guarantees. The agreed quote may result in a payment to you, no charge, or a charge for the job.
Is the quote free?
Yes. Quotes are free, and you're under no obligation to accept one.
What should I send for a quote?
A spreadsheet, an export from your inventory tool, or photos of the hardware and its labels. Model numbers and counts help, but a rough description is enough to start.
How long does a quote take?
We respond within 1 business day. Once we have enough equipment information, we prepare your quote within 1 business day. Visit schedules are confirmed separately.
What file types can I upload?
CSV, XLSX, XLS, ODS, Numbers, PDF, TXT, and photos (JPG, PNG, HEIC, WebP). Up to 10 files and 40 MB in total. For larger lists, email hello@meridianitad.com.
What happens after I accept the quote?
Our team picks up in the Bay Area within 5 business days of acceptance. Elsewhere, we schedule freight within 5 business days. Any on-site services are confirmed separately.
