This page explains what Meridian Disposition LLC collects through meridianitad.com and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you send a form, we receive what you type into it (such as your name, email, company, phone, location, and details about your hardware) and any files you attach. Our hosting provider also records standard request data, such as your IP address and the pages you request, to run and secure the site.
How we use it
We use form submissions to reply to you, prepare quotes, schedule pickups, and keep a record of the request. We store submissions and attached files with our hosting provider, Cloudflare, and email them to our team. We don't sell your information.
Address search
When you use address suggestions, the location text you type is sent through our hosting provider to Photon, an OpenStreetMap-based search service operated by komoot. Choose “Enter address manually” to enter a location without using that search service.
Cookies and analytics
On meridianitad.com, we use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand traffic sources, page engagement, and inquiry journeys. Analytics cookies distinguish browsers and visits. Cloudflare also sends confirmed inquiry events to Google Analytics so we can measure which visits lead to requests.
Analytics events include page categories, campaign identifiers, form types, and completion or error categories. We exclude contact details, exact addresses, messages, uploaded files, and filenames from analytics events. Google Analytics event history is retained for 14 months; aggregated reports may be retained longer. Preview and development sites do not collect analytics.
